Hassan Al-Shama is Cofounder and Global CEO of Hylman Group and Founder of SupraOS. He is a cross-border operator focused on complex advisory, capital formation, restructuring, M&A, infrastructure, and execution systems in markets where political, regulatory, and operational conditions are hard to navigate and easy to misread. Since 2019, he has helped build Hylman from inception into a global consulting, intelligence, and research platform serving governments, sovereign funds, HNWIs, NGOs, and ambitious companies across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Latin America, and Asia. His work spans sovereign portfolio turnaround, strategic mining transactions, future-living systems, energy transformation, mixed-use development, data-center and fintech expansion, and public-sector frameworks in the UK and Ireland.

Earlier in his career, he directed critical projects with Airbus and Grant Thornton and managed international portfolios for a family office. Hassan holds an LL.M. in Business Law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, an MBA in International Management and a Master in Management from ESCP Business School, and a BBA in Financial Economics from the American University in Dubai.
