What would you say has been the biggest factor in your success so far?
The biggest factor in my success is my ability to blend client objectives with the internal and external talent needed to thrive in a complex environment. By bringing together teams and themes, I help my clients benefit from the energy of a diverse talent base.
What do you enjoy most about your career in the consulting industry?
The opportunities to learn and grow consistently throughout my career have been a true blessing. Consulting allows me to work with the best clients on their biggest challenges, all with a supporting cast of immense talent.
What is your proudest achievement to date?
Watching clients and teammates find their next level of success and knowing that I played a small part in that story. There is a point in every transformation where the results are announced and are recognized by those outside the bubble. Secondarily, when people on our team get new opportunities outside the firm, it reinforces the success we have created. The pride from these validations is hard to beat.

Try everything once, and do the fun things twice.
