Eva Kwok is a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting, with more than 25 years of experience in the information systems and cybersecurity industry. Eva advises organizations on enterprise cybersecurity strategy, technology risk, and digital resilience, helping clients design and implement scalable security frameworks aligned to regulatory and threat landscapes. She drives capability expansion across the Asia Pacific region, supporting organizations in strengthening governance, enhancing operational readiness, and building proactive defense programs to mitigate cyber risk.
Before joining FTI Consulting, Eva served as Cyber Lead for Deloitte China, Hong Kong, where she spent more than 16 years leading cybersecurity and technology risk engagements across the financial services and public sectors. Her expertise includes regulatory-related assessments such as those under the Hong Kong Monetary Authority's Cyber Resiliency Assessment Framework and other data protection and infrastructure standards.
Eva holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo and is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and ITIL Practitioner. She has also completed ISO/IEC 42001 certification, reinforcing her commitment to ethical and responsible AI development.
