What would you say has been the biggest factor in your success so far?
The biggest factor in my success has been a combination of persistence, curiosity and the privilege of working with exceptional people. AI transformation is rarely linear. It requires staying committed when results take time, when organizations face resistance to change and when technology evolves faster than operating models. Persistence matters. At the same time, curiosity is essential. I have always been deeply interested in understanding how technology works, how businesses create value and how people adopt change. That curiosity has helped me bridge the gap between advanced analytics and real business impact.
Equally important is humility and authenticity. No AI transformation is delivered by one individual. I have been fortunate to work alongside outstanding teams of consultants, client leaders and technical experts. Being open to learning from others, especially those with different expertise or perspectives, has strengthened every program I have led.
What do you enjoy most about your career in the consulting industry?
What I enjoy most is the constant exposure to new challenges at the intersection of business and technology. Every client's situation is different. Different industries, different cultures, different levels of digital maturity. That diversity keeps the work intellectually stimulating and prevents complacency. It forces me to continuously learn and adapt.
Consulting also offers the opportunity to work with highly motivated, curious and talented people. I learn something new from my teams and clients every day. There is a strong sense of shared purpose when you are solving complex problems together under real-time pressure.
Ultimately, what I value most is the combination of intellectual rigor and practical impact. We are not just developing concepts. We are helping organizations transform in ways that shape their future competitiveness.
What is your proudest achievement to date?
My proudest achievement is leading and growing the Digital, Analytics and AI community across Europe. Over the past years, we have built a strong team of experts who combine deep technical capability with strong business acumen. Seeing how this community has matured, expanded its impact and become a trusted partner to clients is incredibly rewarding.
Beyond external impact, I am proud of the internal transformation we have driven. Training approximately one thousand consultants across Europe in analytics and AI, embedding these capabilities into everyday client work and fostering a culture of experimentation and innovation required sustained effort from many people. The momentum we see today is the result of collective commitment.
What gives me the greatest sense of responsibility and fulfillment is supporting the development of talented individuals. Helping colleagues grow into leaders, empowering them to take ownership of major transformations and seeing them succeed independently is deeply meaningful.
What's the best advice you've ever been given?
Two pieces of advice have shaped my career. The first is that it is never too early to build and nurture your network. A strong network is not transactional. It is built on genuine relationships, mutual support and long-term trust. Like a living organism, it requires care and attention. Over time, those relationships become invaluable sources of insight, collaboration and perspective.
The second is to remain authentic. Leadership becomes exhausting the moment you try to be someone you are not. Authenticity creates credibility and trust, especially in times of uncertainty or transformation.
What does this recognition mean to you?
Being nominated was already quite an honor. I see this recognition as a reflection of the collective effort behind our AI transformation work. None of the impact our Digital & Analytics practice has achieved, internally or with clients, is the result of one individual. It is the product of highly committed teams, forward-thinking client leaders and strong collaboration across disciplines.
For me personally, the recognition reaffirms that responsible, scalable AI transformation can create meaningful business value. It also highlights the importance of combining technical rigor with governance, transparency and organizational change.
Most importantly, I view it as encouragement to continue pushing boundaries. AI is evolving rapidly. The responsibility to deploy it thoughtfully, ethically and at scale will only grow. Recognition does not mark an endpoint but rather reinforces my commitment to continue building capabilities that deliver lasting impact for our clients and Kearney.
