Cassidy McDaniel has over 10 years of management consulting experience leading large-scale digital and operating-model transformations across the private and public sectors. He is a SAFe-certified Release Train Engineer with deep expertise in program delivery, Agile coaching, and performance management, with a track record of building dashboards and governance that improve transparency and execution. At SoCalGas (SCG) in Systems & Technology – Energy Infrastructure, Cassidy leads the Agile engagement as Group Scrum Master and Release Train Engineer, bringing six teams together to launch a new Agile Release Train and establish an enterprise cadence for alignment, dependency management, and stakeholder communication.
