The 2026 Top Consultants: Brandt Nichols

Brandt Nichols, PhD is a Principal at SciVida with more than a decade of experience in life sciences research and consulting. He has collaborated with both major and emerging biopharmaceutical companies to support product development and brand strategy across a variety of therapeutic areas including hematology/oncology, endocrinology, neurology, respiratory, and rare disease. Prior to joining SciVida as an Associate Principal, Brandt was a Manager at Putnam (Inizio Advisory) where he guided more than 35 engagements as a case team leader. Over half of his engagements were hematology/oncology-focused, with an emphasis on cell and gene therapies.

Brandt holds a PhD in cancer biology from University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, where he was the recipient of the Ruth L. Kirschstein Institutional National Research Service Award and an NIH Training Grant Fellow. He also earned a master of science in molecular biology and bachelor of science in biology, both from Brigham Young University (BYU).
