Amanda Wendling

Amanda is a Senior Management Consultant at Greencastle Associates Consulting with over ten years of leadership and program management experience supporting complex enterprise initiatives. She currently serves as Program Manager supporting a large-scale enterprise digital transformation for one of North America's largest regulated utilities, where she leads enterprise PMO coordination across multiple business functions, technology modernization efforts, and implementation partners. Amanda specializes in establishing governance frameworks, operational models, and execution strategies that enable organizations to successfully deliver large transformation programs.
In addition to her consulting career, Amanda serves as a commissioned officer in the United States Army National Guard. She deployed to the Middle East in support of Operation Spartan Shield and Operation Inherent Resolve, where she demonstrated exceptional leadership in high-pressure operational environments. Amanda earned her MBA from Shippensburg University and is widely recognized for her collaborative leadership style and ability to build strong relationships across organizations.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family as a wife and mother and values opportunities to travel and explore the outdoors together.
