Alison Ponder

Alison Ponder is a Managing Director at FTI Consulting. She leads logistics, integration, operations and supply chain engagements focused on large-scale process changes and end-to-end value chain transformation. Ms. Ponder has deep expertise in designing and executing advanced quantitative and qualitative analyses to solve complex problems and create data-driven solutions and strategies. Having started her career at UPS, Ms. Ponder now has more than 25 years of experience in private industry and consulting.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, she led Amazon's European Union end-to-end transportation cost optimization efforts. Ms. Ponder's experience covers a wide range of industries and geographies, as she has delivered results for logistics, consumer-packaged goods ("CPG"), retail, high-tech, manufacturing (electronics, chemical and plastics components), oil and gas, pharmaceutical and medical device industries across North America, Europe and Asia.
