A registered nurse with over 20 years of experience in healthcare and leadership, Alison has deep expertise in informatics, professional practice, and project and program management. For more than a decade, she has led major MEDITECH implementations and advised organizations worldwide on EHR/EPR strategy and delivery. Her experience spans large, complex digital health programs, working closely with executives, boards, managers, and frontline clinicians to drive successful transformation.
