Professional services firm CohnReznick has appointed Adi Rubin as a partner in its Client Advisory Services (CAS) practice. Based in the Washington, D.C., area, Rubin will focus on providing managed and outsourced services to clients specifically within the real estate and not-for-profit sectors.
In her new capacity, Rubin is tasked with helping organizations improve financial clarity, operational efficiency, and strategic technology adoption. Her work will involve advising C-suite executives, boards of directors, and finance committees on using data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration to modernize finance functions and strengthen governance controls.
Rubin's technical background includes building complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow scenario planning. For real estate clients, she specializes in complex accounting, tax returns, and year-end planning for partnerships and corporations. Her expertise also extends to specialized compliance matters, including 1031 exchanges, cost segregation, and capital gains structuring.
In the not-for-profit sector, Rubin brings significant experience managing engagement teams with an emphasis on federal award accounting. Her work ensures client adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and specific federal regulatory requirements, helping organizations maintain compliance while driving measurable results.
