Professional services firm WSP has named Navin Nitish as senior vice president and national aviation market leader for its U.S. operations. Based in New York, Nitish will lead the firm's aviation market strategy and support infrastructure development through strategic planning, engineering solutions, and operations management.
In his new role, Nitish will collaborate with airport authorities, airlines, federal agencies, and infrastructure developers. He is tasked with overseeing major pursuits and working alongside WSP leadership across various business lines to align the firm's integrated capabilities with emerging opportunities in the aviation sector.

Nitish brings more than 24 years of experience to the firm, having managed complex airport infrastructure programs across planning, advisory, design, and construction. He has delivered major initiatives at several of the busiest hubs in the U.S., including John F. Kennedy International Airport, Newark Liberty International Airport, Orlando International Airport, and Houston's George Bush Intercontinental Airport.
Prior to joining WSP, Nitish served as vice president and aviation strategy and growth lead for the U.S. East and Latin America region at a global engineering and infrastructure firm. During his tenure there, he led strategy and executed significant airport redevelopment programs while strengthening client relationships across the sector.
A licensed professional engineer, Nitish holds a master's degree in civil engineering from Texas A&M University and a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Nagpur University in India. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the American Association of Airport Executives.
