Appointment underscores the professional services firm's focus on expanding its alliance network and delivering integrated solutions for finance leaders.

National professional services firm SolomonEdwards has appointed Larry Kaufman as senior vice president of revenue growth and alliances. In the newly created role, Kaufman joins the firm's Office of the CFO practice to lead the expansion of its alliance network and identify new channels for revenue growth.
Kaufman is tasked with developing and scaling strategic alliances while supporting joint go-to-market strategies. His responsibilities include identifying new opportunities for collaboration and creating market-facing opportunities through thought leadership and speaking engagements. He will also mentor internal teams to foster connections that provide value for the firm's clients and partners.
"Today's CFOs don't need more vendors—they need collaborative business partners who can execute integrated solutions that turn strategy into action by connecting operations and technology in a meaningful way," said George Kelly, managing partner at SolomonEdwards. "Larry's leadership will help strengthen those connections and expand the value we bring to clients."
Kaufman brings more than two decades of experience driving sales growth and business development across professional services, risk and compliance, and Office of the CFO solutions. Prior to joining SolomonEdwards, he held senior leadership positions at Jefferson Wells, Hudson Financial Solutions, Sales Empowerment Group, and Plante Moran.
The appointment comes as SolomonEdwards continues to invest in capabilities that help finance leaders navigate complex business environments, including the impact of artificial intelligence and automation. John Gulnac, CEO of SolomonEdwards, noted that Kaufman's experience in bringing organizations together will help the firm expand its capabilities and strengthen its market presence.
In addition to his executive background, Kaufman is a recognized global speaker and the best-selling author of The NCG Factor, a book focused on the power of networks and leadership development. He also serves as an emeritus board member of Holiday Heroes, a nonprofit organization that provides emotional support to pediatric patients.
