Nacha, formerly of Iron Mountain and Wipro, will focus on scaling global operations and modernizing critical client functions.

Global technology-enabled legal and business solutions provider Integreon has appointed Krishna Nacha as its new chief executive officer and a member of the Board of Directors. The appointment, effective immediately, places a veteran with more than three decades of experience at the helm of the firm's global operations.
In his new role, Nacha will spearhead Integreon's domain-led, AI-forward strategy. His primary focus will be on advancing the firm's mission to help clients modernize and optimize critical business functions through advanced technology and strategic expansion.
"Krishna is the right leader at the right time for Integreon," said Anup Bagaria, co-managing partner of EagleTree Capital, the firm's primary investor. "Throughout his career, he has built a remarkable track record of leading complex transformations across global P&Ls and building high-performing teams to deliver exceptional, cutting-edge outcomes for clients."
Nacha joins the firm after most recently serving as head of Americas at Iron Mountain, an information management services provider. His extensive background in the business process and technology services space includes executive leadership roles at Wipro and EXL Service, as well as commercial and operational positions at Capgemini, Infosys, and Unilever.
"In a world defined by speed and AI, clients need a strategic partner that can deliver high velocity results," Nacha stated. "Integreon is uniquely positioned to do exactly that at scale, by combining our deep domain expertise with advanced AI workflows. I am honored to step into the CEO role and lead this exceptional team into its next chapter."
Rohan Rai, partner at EagleTree Capital, noted that the market opportunity for the firm has never been greater as organizations seek transitions to AI-led operations. Nacha holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from NIT Karnataka and an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur.
