Appointments of Jeremy Badman, Paula McGlarry, and Mariya Rosberg aim to accelerate the firm's transition toward an AI-integrated delivery model.

Global management consulting firm Oliver Wyman, a business of Marsh, has announced three senior leadership appointments designed to accelerate the firm's AI-enabled transformation and delivery model. The move signals a coordinated effort to integrate advanced technology into the firm's core operations and client services as it scales solutions for global clients.

Jeremy Badman, Chief AI and Data Officer, Olvier Wyman.

Jeremy Badman has been named the firm's first Chief AI and Data Officer. In this newly established role, Badman is tasked with driving how consulting work is delivered, staffed, and scaled using AI technology. Having served as Chief Operating Officer for more than 13 years, he will lead the integration of AI within the business, focusing on a delivery model that combines human expertise with "agentic AI" capabilities to increase precision and speed.

Paula McGlarry, Global Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff, Oliver Wyman.

The firm also appointed Paula McGlarry as Global Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff. McGlarry, who has been with the firm for two decades and most recently served as General Counsel, will oversee the continued evolution of Oliver Wyman's operating model. Her focus includes enhancing cross-functional collaboration and embedding technology into core support functions to strengthen organizational resilience.

Mariya Rosberg, Head of Strategy and Growth, Oliver Wyman.

Joining the senior leadership trio is Mariya Rosberg, who steps into the newly created role of Head of Strategy and Growth. Rosberg brings over 30 years of experience in consulting and banking, including previous leadership of the firm's Banking & Financial Services Practice in the Americas and roles at Deutsche Bank and Merrill Lynch. In her new capacity, she will align investment priorities with long-term value creation and help anchor the firm's transition toward an AI-enabled future.

"Together, these appointments reflect a coordinated effort to reimagine how Oliver Wyman operates, pairing our industry knowledge with advanced AI capabilities to deliver greater value to clients," said Ted Moynihan, President and CEO of Oliver Wyman and Marsh Management Consulting. Moynihan noted that the three leaders bring a "strong commitment to our culture" as the firm enters its next chapter.

All three executives will report directly to Moynihan. Oliver Wyman, which advises clients in 130 countries, is a key component of Marsh's $27 billion professional services portfolio. The leadership changes come as the broader consulting industry faces increasing pressure to demonstrate how generative and agentic AI can enhance traditional advisory services.
