Appointment comes as the global advisory firm looks to scale its financial strategy and operations amid international expansion. With over 30 years of experience, Cabral succeeds David Johnson to lead the firm's financial strategy from its Washington, DC office.

Global advisory firm BRG has appointed Darin Cabral as its new chief financial officer. Based in the firm's Washington, DC office, Cabral will be responsible for overseeing BRG's financial strategy and operations as the firm continues to scale its global footprint.
Cabral succeeds David Johnson, who is departing the firm after nearly ten years in the role. The leadership transition comes at a pivotal period of growth for BRG, which has been focused on expanding its multidisciplinary advisory services and global capabilities across commercial and government contracting sectors.
"Darin brings the operational discipline and financial expertise to support BRG's continued growth as a multidisciplinary firm," said Tri MacDonald, CEO and president of BRG. "His experience leading finance organizations will be invaluable as we continue expanding our capabilities and serving clients across complex global markets."
Cabral joins the firm from Constellis, a global security and risk advisor, where he served as chief financial and administrative officer. His career spans more than three decades of financial leadership, including senior roles at Peraton, Perspecta, DXC Technology, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and the Hewlett-Packard Company. Throughout his career, he has specialized in merger and acquisition integration and international finance functions.
"BRG's collaborative culture and multidisciplinary approach to problem-solving strongly resonated with me," Cabral stated. "The firm has built a distinctive platform that combines deep expertise with practical execution. I'm excited to help support its next phase of growth."
Cabral holds a Master of Science in management with a concentration in finance from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of Kentucky.
