Professional services firm CohnReznick has appointed Justin Ricketts as its new Chief Technology Officer. Based in Dallas, Ricketts will be responsible for accelerating the firm's technology strategy and enhancing its digital capabilities to support ongoing growth.
In his new capacity, Ricketts will focus on delivering innovative, client-centric solutions. His role involves overseeing the integration of advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence and platform strategies, to streamline operations and provide higher value to the firm's client base across complex and regulated industries.

Ricketts joins the firm with more than 30 years of experience building and scaling enterprise platforms. He most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for the nation's largest independent distributor of personal lines insurance, where he managed software engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, product management, and AI initiatives.
His previous leadership roles include serving as President of a leading technology company, where he oversaw a global SaaS platform that powered distribution for more than 40,000 hotel properties worldwide. Ricketts has also held senior executive positions within the healthcare and insurance sectors, specializing in digital transformation and platform execution.
Ricketts earned a B.S. in Management Information Systems from The University of Texas at Arlington. Additionally, he has completed executive leadership programs at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and Harvard Business School's Delivering Information Solutions program.
