RSM US announces sweeping leadership appointments targeting evolving digital middle market.

Professional services firm has named dozens of new leaders across its consulting, tax, and assurance practices to drive innovation and transatlantic growth.

Professional services firm RSM US LLP has announced a comprehensive series of leadership appointments across its assurance, tax, and consulting practices. The expansion is designed to align the firm's executive capabilities with the increasing complexity of the digital middle market and to strengthen its global footprint through enhanced transatlantic collaboration.

Key to the firm's international strategy is the appointment of Kerensa Butler as enterprise global leader. Joining the RSM US leadership team, Butler will focus on deepening connectivity across borders and aligning global priorities with the firm's transatlantic strategy. Supporting this effort is John Harder, who has been named consulting transatlantic integration leader, tasked with executing the firm's UK technology consulting strategy following a recent partnership agreement.

In the assurance practice, Adam Hallemeyer has been named chief auditor, succeeding Sara Lord, who held the position for a decade. Hallemeyer, a 20-year veteran of the firm, will oversee audit quality management and drive technology-enabled audit practices. The firm also appointed Valerie Wahl, formerly a partner at a Big Four firm, as enterprise ethics and independence leader to manage the firm's independence risk framework and policy guidance.

Reflecting the rapid shift toward emerging technologies, Ana Minter has been named consulting leader for AI go-to-market. Minter is responsible for shaping the firm's AI strategy, helping clients move beyond experimentation to embed artificial intelligence into core business processes. Other major consulting shifts include Stacy Dow taking the helm of the Deal Services practice and Bjorn Hill moving to lead the Business Applications practice, where he will focus on ERP and CRM implementations.

The firm has also refreshed its managed services and financial advisory leadership. Ron Beck has been named leader of the Managed IT Cloud and Infrastructure practice, while Ross Krusell will lead RSM Catamaran, the firm's outsourced solutions arm. Thomas Dimino transitions to lead the Financial Consulting practice, and Caitlin Hughes has been appointed consulting operations leader, overseeing financial strategy and operational excellence for the consulting division.

RSM also announced several new industry sector heads to drive specialized growth. Jon Waterman has been named national industry leader for financial services, while Brandon Maves will lead the construction and real estate industry. Other appointments include Katie Landy (Manufacturing), Anne Slattery (Energy), Joe Kaczmarek (Specialty Finance), Chris Murphy (Facility and Environmental Services; Workforce Solutions), and Brendan Joosten (Telecommunications, Media and Entertainment).
