Promotions span the firm's global service lines, reflecting a continued focus on client delivery and investment in technical expertise.
Global risk mitigation and dispute resolution firm HKA has announced the promotion of eight professionals to Partner across its Americas and International regions. The move signals the firm's ongoing commitment to expanding its global service lines and enhancing client delivery through its internal leadership pipeline.
In the Americas, the firm elevated several specialists in forensic accounting and regulatory compliance. Brad Dragoon, a financial crimes investigator with 15 years of experience, and John Polcari, an expert in government contracts compliance and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), were among those named Partner. They are joined by Ryan Hart, Sean Gard, and Tyler Donnelly, who all bring extensive backgrounds in economic damages consulting, claims valuation, and forensic accounting to the partnership.
The promotions also highlight HKA's strength in the construction and international arbitration sectors. Haitham Khaireldin, a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and accredited delay expert with 20 years of experience, and Paul Jolly, a Chartered Architect specializing in professional negligence and design defects, were both elevated. Olesya Prantyuk, a forensic accountant with a focus on emerging markets and Central and Eastern Europe, also joins the partner ranks following her recent ranking as a recommended arbitration expert witness.
Beyond the partner promotions, the firm celebrated colleagues moving into the role of Managing Director. These changes reflect a broader organizational push to invest in career progression across various service lines and support functions. The firm stated that the appointments are a reflection of its continued investment in its people and their professional development.
According to the firm, these promotions acknowledge the significant contributions made by these individuals to both HKA and its clients. The leadership expansion is designed to enable the next generation of experts and leaders while maintaining the highest technical and professional standards across its global practice.
