Talent solutions and professional services firm Addison Group has named Will Hinde as the new president of its consulting services division. The appointment represents a strategic investment in the firm's consulting market position and its broader go-to-market strategy.
In his new role, Hinde will be responsible for maintaining a growth focus and securing a sustained competitive advantage for Addison Group's various consulting brands. His leadership is expected to guide the division into a new era of expansion and enhanced client delivery.

Hinde brings more than 25 years of consulting and leadership experience to the position. He most recently served as the managing partner and head of industry at West Monroe. His professional background also includes tenure in leadership roles at Diamond Management & Technology Consultants (now PwC), Fidelity National Financial, Avanade, and Accenture.
The firm's consulting model focuses on bridging client challenges by pairing specialized consultants with bespoke services.
