Appointment comes as the international firm secures backing from Bridgepoint to accelerate its international growth and M&A strategy.

Chris Woodhouse, Chair, Interpath.

International financial advisory firm Interpath has appointed Chris Woodhouse as its new Chair. The announcement coincides with the successful completion of a majority investment from private equity firm Bridgepoint, which has acquired a majority stake in the firm to support its next phase of global growth.

The investment, which has received regulatory approval, provides Interpath with the capital and strategic backing to accelerate its international expansion. The firm currently employs more than 1,000 professionals across 14 countries, including the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, and Singapore. Under the new partnership, the firm plans to broaden its service offerings and pursue strategic acquisitions to further strengthen its global platform.

Woodhouse brings extensive leadership experience in the professional services, wealth, and investment management sectors. He previously served as CEO of Evelyn Partners and the RAC, and has held executive and board positions at Isio, Halfords, and Homebase. He succeeds Tamara Box, who is stepping down from the role she held since October 2024.

"Chris is an outstanding business leader, and I know his experience leading and scaling ambitious professional services organizations will be invaluable as we continue to grow the firm internationally," said Mark Raddan, CEO of Interpath. Raddan also expressed gratitude to Box for her guidance during the firm's evolution over the past five years, initially as a nonexecutive director and later as chair.

Charles Welham, Partner and Sector Head for Business & Financial Services at Bridgepoint, noted that the investment aims to scale the platform while maintaining the firm's independent culture. Bridgepoint has a significant track record of backing professional services firms, with a portfolio that includes Alpha FMC, HKA, and Argon & Co. The private equity firm intends to leverage its expertise in people-led companies to help Interpath attract new talent and expand its footprint.

Regarding his new appointment, Woodhouse stated that the firm is "exceptionally well positioned" to invest in its people and capabilities. He noted that the combination of a talented leadership team and the backing of Bridgepoint creates significant momentum for the business as it continues to expand its international footprint.
