Professional services firm CohnReznick has announced the appointment of Hank Kahrs as a managing director in its Restructuring and Dispute Resolution practice. Based in Los Angeles, Kahrs will focus on quantifying economic damages in complex cases, assisting clients in understanding and pursuing the value of contested assets and businesses.

Kahrs joins the firm with more than 25 years of experience as a forensic and fraud examiner. Throughout his career, he has served as an expert witness in hundreds of commercial, civil, and criminal cases, providing testimony in trials, depositions, and arbitrations. His expertise covers a wide range of dispute types, including fraud schemes, corporate dissolutions, trademark and copyright infringements, and shareholder disputes.

His professional background covers diverse industries, including technology, manufacturing, and entertainment. This breadth of experience allows him to translate complex factual data into clear, defensible analyses for clients involved in high-stakes litigation and restructuring scenarios.
