The appointment aims to strengthen the global consulting firm's presence in one of its most strategic markets through culture transformation and leadership development.

Global consulting firm Axialent has appointed Carmen Rodríguez Cardona as its newest Partner in Mexico. Cardona, who joined the firm in April, will focus on driving work-culture transformation, leadership development, and the human adoption of new technologies across the region.
In her new capacity, Cardona is tasked with leading client and business relationships within Mexico. Her responsibilities include the design and implementation of tailored, business-oriented solutions aimed at helping organizations navigate complex transitions and improve overall operational performance.
Cardona joins Axialent with more than two decades of experience working at the intersection of leadership and culture. Prior to this role, she held senior leadership positions at Accenture (specifically within YSC Consulting) and luxury goods conglomerate LVMH, where she partnered with organizations throughout Latin America to strengthen leadership capabilities and drive meaningful change.
Her professional background is characterized by a blend of organizational psychology and a strong commercial mindset. This expertise has enabled her to advise senior leaders on large-scale transformation initiatives and build long-term client relationships by connecting human development directly to business impact.
"Carmen's addition to the team is a key step in strengthening Axialent's presence in Mexico, which is one of our most strategic markets," said Constanza Busto, CEO of Axialent. Busto added that the move signals the next step in growing the firm's service level, aligned with a "high-touch approach" focused on depth, trust and meaningful impact.
The appointment marks a significant expansion of Axialent's footprint in the Mexican market. As organizations increasingly face pressure to adapt to technological shifts, the firm continues to position itself as a specialist in helping global entities improve performance through culture-led transformation.
