Professional services firm Attain Partners has admitted Alanna Steffens to its partnership. In her new role as partner, Steffens will lead and expand the firm's initiatives focused on Salesforce-enabled digital transformation, specifically targeting mission-driven organizations in the higher education, nonprofit, and healthcare sectors.

Steffens is recognized for her expertise in leading complex, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that integrate strategy, technology, and data. Her work centers on helping organizations modernize operations and build resilient, scalable functions while increasing visibility into performance and outcomes. By leveraging data-driven strategies, she assists clients in unlocking actionable insights and deepening stakeholder engagement.

"Alanna is a trusted advisor and accomplished leader who consistently delivers meaningful impact for our clients," said Greg Baroni, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Attain Partners. Reshma Patel-Jackson, Managing Partner, added that the promotion reflects Steffens' commitment to developing high-performing teams and her ability to translate market trends into practical, forward-looking solutions.

Since joining the firm through an acquisition in 2016, Steffens has been instrumental in scaling Attain Partners' Salesforce capabilities. She has guided organizations through the full lifecycle of modernization—from initial strategy and implementation to ongoing optimization and innovation. Her leadership has been credited with strengthening the firm's ability to deliver end-to-end solutions that accelerate time to value for clients.

The promotion marks a significant milestone in Steffens' nearly 15-year career in the industry. Her contributions have earned her external recognition as well; she was recently honored as one of Consulting Magazine's 2025 Top Consultants. "This milestone is as much about the people who have supported, challenged, and collaborated with me along the way as it is about my own journey," Steffens stated regarding her admission to the partnership.

Beyond her professional achievements, Steffens is actively involved in community service, supporting organizations such as the American Heart Association. Her admission to the partnership is expected to further Attain Partners' mission of delivering connected technology solutions that support long-term success for mission-based organizations.
