Boyle brings extensive experience in cross-border restructuring and global tax reform to the firm's growing specialty tax practice.

Professional services firm CohnReznick has appointed Brandon Boyle as an international tax partner in its San Francisco office. Boyle joins the firm with a background in international taxation, specifically serving clients in the technology, life sciences, financial services, and digital asset sectors.
In his new role, Boyle will advise clients on a range of international tax matters, including cross-border restructuring, intellectual property strategy, and Pillar Two readiness. He also focuses on global effective tax rate optimization and helping companies manage the complexities of global expansion while reducing risk and supporting execution.

The addition comes as CohnReznick looks to expand its international tax practice, which remains one of the firm's largest specialty areas. Patrick Duffany, managing partner - tax, noted that Boyle's leadership will help clients better manage their global tax positions and support long-term value and growth.
Before joining CohnReznick, Boyle served as principal and West Region international tax leader at a top 10 accounting firm. His career also includes roles within the practice and national tax offices of another top 10 firm. Throughout his career, he has worked extensively with clients and the IRS to resolve international tax-related controversy matters.
Boyle holds an L.L.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law and a J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
