Yiwei Jiang is a Senior Manager with over 10 years of experience in strategy consulting, including over five years leading buy- and sell-side engagements for private equity clients at Grant Thornton Stax. She brings deep expertise in evaluating growth, competitive positioning, and value creation opportunities across complex technology- and healthcare-enabled businesses. At Grant Thornton Stax, Yiwei leads more than 20 engagements annually, advising private equity sponsors and management teams on commercial due diligence, exit planning and growth strategy. Her sector focus spans technology and health care, with particular depth in IT services, health care IT, cybersecurity and B2B software. Yiwei is recognized for her rigor and determination to dive deeply into complex topics, operating with the belief that "the devil is in the details" and ensuring no critical issue is overlooked. Prior to joining Stax, Yiwei worked at The Economist, where she supported pricing and revenue management initiatives for Fortune 500 companies. She holds a Master's degree in Mathematical and Quantitative Economics from Tufts University.
