Torey Bearly is from Seattle, where he lives with his wife and daughter. He and his wife met while studying Management Information Systems at Washington State University and have long shared an interest in how business and technology intersect. Outside of work, Torey enjoys hosting family and friends, game nights, and getting outdoors to explore the Pacific Northwest.
Professionally, Torey is a Managing Director in KPMG's Advisory practice and a trusted leader in data, technology, and operating model transformation for Capital Markets and Asset Management clients. He is known for bridging business strategy, data, and technology execution to help organizations modernize operating models, accelerate product development, and deliver measurable outcomes.
Torey brings deep experience leading large-scale data and AI transformation programs, guiding clients from concept through scalable, production-ready solutions embedded in product-centric delivery models. He has played a central role in one of KPMG's largest and longest-running digital transformation programs, helping clients transition to end-to-end data product teams, establish modern platforms, improve data quality, and reduce time to market. A trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, Torey partners closely with business, engineering, and data leaders while mentoring global teams with a strong focus on developing future leaders at KPMG.
