Shrujitha Ramanujam is a Project Lead II at Zinnov, where she works with global enterprises on large-scale organizational transformation, operating model redesign and growth enablement initiatives. She partners with senior leadership teams to help organizations execute against critical business objectives in high-growth and high-change environments. Shrujitha has led complex engagements spanning enterprisewide transformation, organization design, operating model and delivery restructuring, innovation programs, and product and engineering transformation. Her work supports CXOs—including CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, CPOs and CFOs—on initiatives tied to growth acceleration, cost optimization, productivity improvement and organizational effectiveness.
