An Associate Director at Protiviti specializing in Microsoft Cloud, compliance and regulatory transformation, Martin Przybysz has more than 15 years of experience in consulting and program leadership. Martin's journey has been shaped by a passion for technology, a drive to help others and a curiosity for solving complex challenges. From his early days as a Microsoft Student Partner, through roles at Materna, Bechtle and CGI, Martin built a reputation for bridging technology, governance and compliance – enabling secure cloud adoption in financial services and public sector environments. Additionally, he founded a European Excellence Center for Microsoft Cloud.
At Protiviti Germany, Martin leads the Microsoft consulting business, driving strategy, partnership and delivery across regulated industries. His recent work includes designing compliance-driven cloud operating models, supporting CxO-level stakeholders and building a new department. Martin's approach combines technical depth, empathy and a commitment to making clients the heroes of their own transformation journeys.
Martin earned an Executive Master of Business Administration from Erasmus University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Cologne Business School and a B.Sc. in Technical Communication & Information from RWTH Aachen University. He holds multiple technical certifications and regularly presents at industry conferences on user adoption and innovation.
