The 2026 Rising Stars of the Profession: Mae Maltby

Mae Maltby is a Principal Consultant in Capco's Wealth and Asset Management Domain with over eight years of consulting experience. Mae brings deep experience guiding clients through strategic initiatives. She partners across business, technology, and operations stakeholders to tackle complex challenges and drive organizational change through transformation initiatives to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, scalability and strategic impact.

In addition to her client work, Mae is a firmwide leader in employee engagement and culture initiatives. She leads Capco's U.S. Women's network, Women@Capco, working with a 10-person leadership team across six U.S. offices to deliver year-round professional development and networking programming to a community of 500+ women. She also serves as the U.S. Life@Capco co-lead, driving social connection and engagement initiatives for 1,000+ employees nationwide. Mae was nominated as a Women's Bond Club Rising Star in 2023. She holds a BBA in Finance and International Business from The George Washington University School of Business.
