Laura Iacobelli is a Senior Manager in Deloitte's Strategy & Transactions practice, where she advises corporate executives and boards on M&A-driven strategy, divestitures and large-scale transformation programs. She specializes in leading complex sell-side separations, TSA strategy and execution, and post-signing transformation efforts across global, multi-stakeholder environments. Laura holds an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School, with a focus on strategy, operations and marketing. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in accountancy and economics from Miami University, graduating cum laude, and was a member of multiple academic honor societies, including Beta Gamma Sigma and Phi Kappa Phi.

She joined Deloitte early in her career and has progressed through roles in Strategy & Operations and M&A, developing deep expertise at the intersection of strategy, finance and execution. In addition to her client work, Laura plays a visible leadership role within Deloitte's M&A platform, leading the Strategy and PMO function for the M&A Executive Forum and supporting firmwide Manager and Senior Manager promotion readiness programs.
