Kyle Cadieux is a Principal at Attain Partners, where he serves as the Change Management Delivery Director. In this role, Kyle balances the intersection of project delivery, nurturing a team of professionals dedicated to helping organizations navigate complex transitions and enterprise wide digital transformations, and growing the business playing a critical role in business development. With over a decade of experience in organizational change management, Kyle is recognized for his expertise in software-agnostic change strategies, stakeholder engagement and post-go-live sustainment. He is a Prosci® Certified Change Management Practitioner and holds a master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
Since joining Attain Partners in 2021, Kyle has guided colleges, universities, and nonprofits through all phases of change, including the landmark Workday implementation for the University System of Maryland, a consortium of five universities. He is known for building high-performing teams, developing repeatable frameworks, and fostering a culture of mentorship.
Kyle's leadership extends beyond client delivery; he is an inaugural member of Attain Partners' Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Allyship (IDEA) Committee and actively supports community initiatives, including the National Kidney Foundation. Kyle's commitment to excellence, innovation, and values has earned him recognition as a trusted advisor, mentor, and recipient of the Attain Way Achievement Award.
