Jennifer is currently a Principal at Slalom where over nearly six years, she has progressed through multiple consulting roles, partnering with senior executive clients to design and deliver best-in-class digital experiences across marketing technology, customer experience, product strategy and innovation. Her work consistently emphasizes the thoughtful use of data, technology, and user insights to help businesses scale and adapt.

Prior to Slalom, Jennifer held key digital marketing and e-commerce roles at WorldPantry.com, where she led end-to-end strategy and execution across MarTech, CRM, email marketing, analytics and e-commerce operations. She has deep hands-on experience as a product owner, strategist and people manager, and is skilled in managing complexity while aligning cross-functional teams around shared goals. Jennifer's expertise spans marketing technology, customer analytics, service design, storytelling and digital operations, enabling her to bridge strategy and execution to deliver impactful outcomes.
