In addition to his role leading the firm's innovation program, Jayson serves as an Associate Director and Risk & Compliance Innovation Product Owner, guiding client organizations in building scalable, technology-enabled frameworks that strengthen operational and enterprise risk management. His deep expertise spans regulatory compliance, anti-money laundering (AML), fraud prevention and legal inventory optimization – making him a trusted advisor to top financial services, insurance and fintech firms worldwide. Combining analytical rigor with creative problem-solving, Jayson's innovation-focused approach empowers clients to embrace technology-driven transformation while ensuring agility and compliance in an ever-evolving risk and compliance landscape. His focus on collaborative leadership enables his team to tailor risk frameworks to address region-specific regulatory requirements across diverse geographies. Jayson is a graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology, where he earned a B.S. degree in Quantitative Finance. He holds multiple professional certifications, including Certified Scrum Product Owner, Certified Scrum Master, LUMA Certified Facilitator of Human-Centered Design and Certified Fraud Examiner.
