The 2026 Rising Stars of the Profession: Jackson Frerichs

Jackson Frerichs was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, graduated from Hillsdale College summa cum laude in 2020 with a major in accounting. He became a 2020 Venture for America fellow working for a B2B SaaS startup in the senior living space before joining XUP right after it had been acquired by KeyBank. In 2023 he joined the founding team at pAIwares. Jackson approaches every day with a chance to help a friend, learn something or aim for excellence.  This is seen in all interactions - whether working with a C-Suite client or a new consultant out of school.  Title, role or tenure doesn't matter to Jackson - he is focused, driven and committed to teamwork.  He now lives in Pittsburgh, where is girlfriend is stationed in the armed forces and has a dog that barks a lot!
