Fiona Kelly is a consultant at Omlie with a proven ability to lead complex initiatives that balance people, strategy and execution. Born and raised in the Philadelphia area, Fiona spent her college years in Boston before settling near the beach in Ventnor, New Jersey. She brings a strong background in customer experience optimization, product launch, program management and cross-functional delivery. Fiona is recognized for her ability to streamline logistics, improve communication across workstreams, and translate complex challenges into clear, compelling narratives. Her strengths include stakeholder management, executive reporting, risk and issue management, launch planning and execution, and agile delivery which are all skills she consistently applies to help teams move forward with confidence.

Passionate about people and learning from her teammates and clients, Fiona approaches consulting with curiosity, empathy and a commitment to impact. Outside of work, she enjoys hot yoga, cooking, golf, skiing and exploring new destinations. She holds a degree in Political Science from Boston College, with minors in Spanish and Philosophy.
