The 2026 Rising Stars of the Profession: Connor Augustyn

Connor Augustyn is a Partner in Operations Excellence at West Monroe, and a leader in the Finance Transformation practice. With over a decade of experience, he specializes in EPM and ERP system design, FP&A process reengineering, organizational redesign and M&A integration. Connor is passionate about building authentic relationships and leveraging emerging technologies for strategic business models. Previously, he led ERP implementation services at a Change Management consulting firm and held finance transformation roles at a Corporate 200 enterprise, where he won SAP's Global Innovation Award. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance and accounting from the University of Nebraska. He channels his passion for service into organizing high school trips to Haiti, raising over $15K for a pediatric malnutrition clinic and orphanage in Port-au-Prince.
