Claire Anderson is a consulting leader at Spaulding Ridge, focusing on analytics, AI and responsible scaled delivery. She specializes in transforming emerging AI capabilities into practical, governed solutions that enhance delivery economics while ensuring quality, trust and compliance. Her work bridges strategy and execution, helping teams transition AI from experimentation to repeatable, measurable results. Claire developed Spaulding Ridge's AI strategy and operating role after identifying gaps in AI definition, governance and application across consulting projects. She collaborates closely with executive leadership on AI strategy, risk management and adoption, serving as a trusted advisor to Managing Directors and the Executive Council. She played a key role in establishing the firm's Agentforce offering, building and enabling a trained delivery team, and creating an adoption and enablement model. Claire also supported early Agentforce implementations within the ecosystem.
