Archana Raj is a Senior Manager at EY Studio+ with eight years of experience designing and delivering large-scale digital transformation projects in the hospitality sector. Archana specializes in applying design thinking methodologies to solve complex experiential and technical problems for cruise lines and theme parks.
Archana's career started in accounting, before she found her passion for solving complex problems through design. She spent three years at a startup in India using design thinking before joining EY, where she has focused on digital experience transformation in the cruise line and theme park industries. Her approach centers on deep customer research to identify unmet needs, ensuring digital solutions address root problems rather than implementing technology for its own sake. She leads multidisciplinary teams through complete product lifecycles from concept to scale, establishing product operations frameworks and governance structures that enable sustainable transformation.
Archana is increasingly focused on helping clients understand how to appropriately implement AI and emerging technologies based on organizational maturity and infrastructure readiness. Her unique background, combining accounting rigor with design thinking creativity, enables her to approach hospitality challenges from both operational and experiential perspectives, delivering solutions that are both financially sound and customer-centric.
