Alysha Rosser is a Technology Leader and AI/Data expert at Launch Consulting, where she helps organizations design and implement data-driven and AI strategies that focus on both technical excellence and human-centered solutions. In her role, she works closely with clients to build AI prototypes, long-term solutions, and meaningful business value while emphasizing deep listening and iterative collaboration. Her work has been highlighted by her company as part of efforts to advance AI transformation, human-centered design and agile practices in digital strategy and customer experience. Alysha lives in the greater Seattle area and has a bachelor's degree in Applied Computer Science from the University of Colorado Boulder and holds another bachelor's degree in English Literature.
