Since joining the firm, Alec has led and delivered over 100 buy- and sell-side technology engagements, generating more than $10M in revenue while advising executives on high-stakes investment and operating decisions. A former Northwestern University Division I wrestler, Alec brings a distinctive blend of resilience, discipline, and analytical precision to his work. His background in economics and finance, combined with deep experience assessing technology landscapes, cost structures and operating models, enables him to translate technical complexity into actionable business insight.
Alec has served as engagement lead on 30+ projects, managing and developing teams while driving end-to-end delivery. His work includes shaping multiyear digital roadmaps for Fortune 200 organizations, designing governance models to improve investment discipline, and developing cost models that inform separation, modernization and value-creation decisions.
Beyond client work, Alec plays a key leadership role within Liberty Advisor Group, onboarding and mentoring new hires and embedding repeatable frameworks into firmwide playbooks.
