Corporate culture and performance firm Axialent has named Beth Grellner as its new Executive Director of Growth & Business Development. The appointment, effective immediately, marks a strategic investment in the firm's U.S. expansion as demand grows for solutions addressing the rapid evolution of workplace dynamics.

In her new capacity, Grellner will be responsible for scaling Axialent's presence in the United States and supporting global client teams. She will work alongside the firm's leadership to deploy solutions focused on culture shaping and organizational performance, specifically targeting how companies adapt to constant change.

Grellner joins the firm with more than 25 years of experience in the global consulting industry. Throughout her career, she has specialized in key strategic initiatives surrounding human resources functions, including employee benefits, talent attraction, and retention.

Prior to joining Axialent, Grellner served on the North American Leadership Team at WTW, a leading global consulting company specializing in people, risk, and capital management. During her tenure, she led global teams across the U.S. and APAC regions and facilitated service expansions into the United Kingdom, LATAM, and Europe.

In her new role, Grellner will focus on bringing Axialent's suite of solutions to U.S.-based companies and their international counterparts, with an emphasis on unlocking human potential to drive business outcomes.
