The appointment signals a strategic move to position AI at the center of RGP's operations. In her new role, Block will lead the implementation of AI across the firm, focusing on helping employees develop the necessary judgment to navigate market shifts. She will also be responsible for ensuring the responsible use of AI while protecting confidential information and fostering innovation across various teams to ensure knowledge flows across the organization.

"This is an important moment for RGP to advance our AI capabilities across the firm in a way that strengthens both how we operate and how we serve clients," said Roger Carlile, CEO of RGP. "Jessica brings the leadership, execution ability, and practical perspective to help us do that. I have witnessed her lead several businesses through periods of growth and change, and I know she will help us expand our capabilities while strengthening the judgment-led work our clients value most."

Block brings two decades of leadership experience across consulting, legal services, and technology transformation. She previously spent over ten years at FTI Consulting in senior roles focused on technology-driven matters, including predictive analytics and automation. Her career also includes executive leadership positions at Ankura and Factor, where she most recently led the global firm's AI transformation and advised Fortune 500 legal departments on AI applications.

According to Block, the opportunity at RGP lies in connecting the firm's existing technical talent with new AI capabilities to solve complex problems more effectively. "The opportunity now is to connect and extend those strengths through AI; not just to adopt tools or do the same work faster, but to broaden the problems we can help solve, evolve how we solve them, and bring clients a more practical, forward-looking point of view on what is changing in their businesses and ours," Block stated.

With 30 years in the professional services industry, RGP partners with C-suite leaders across finance, digital transformation, and data. The firm, which serves approximately 90 percent of the Fortune 100, operates from 40 physical practice offices worldwide and engages with more than 1,500 clients annually.
