Collaboration aims to reduce manual data mining and shorten verification timelines for asset managers using the Revolution Composites platform. The integrated solution allows mutual clients to generate standardized verification reports, reducing operational costs and administrative burdens.
Investment technology provider Confluence Technologies and governance, risk, and compliance advisor ACA Group have announced a new partnership designed to automate data feeds for Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) verification. The collaboration integrates Confluence's Revolution Composites platform directly with ACA's specific verification requirements.
The partnership addresses a common pain point in the financial services sector: the labor-intensive process of manual data mining and reformatting required for performance verification. By establishing automated standard feeds, mutual clients can now extract and deliver necessary data in the exact format required by ACA, significantly reducing the risk of manual errors and shortening the overall time to verification.
"This partnership reduces friction in the verification process so our clients can focus on results," said Kathleen Keenan, Chief Product Officer at Confluence. She noted that by standardizing the data output to meet ACA's specifications, the firms are removing the "manual back-and-forth" that typically delays the verification of marketing performance results.
Chase Frei, Head of Performance at ACA Group, emphasized that the integration eliminates the traditional administrative burden associated with requesting and formatting data. "This integration allows us to streamline the verification process, ultimately helping asset managers demonstrate their performance and compliance more effectively to the market," Frei stated.
The integrated solution allows users to generate standard ACA verification exports with a few clicks. Beyond speed, the automation is expected to lower operational costs and help firms publish their performance results with greater confidence. The workflow is designed to be "low-touch," providing a building block for asset managers looking to accelerate their reporting cycles.
