The global supply chain consultancy is integrating the North American firm to combine its strategic advisory with Scott Sheldon's technology implementation expertise.

Argon & Co, a global management consultancy specializing in supply chain strategy, has announced that it has been joined by North American consulting firm Scott Sheldon LLC. The move is intended to expand Argon & Co's presence and capacity to support clients in the region with large-scale supply chain transformation projects.

Scott Sheldon, a boutique consultancy with over 20 years of experience in the U.S. and Europe, focuses on supply chain optimization, digital system implementation and operational readiness. The integration aims to create an end-to-end service offering for clients, connecting Argon & Co's strategic advisory work with Scott Sheldon's technology deployment and enablement capabilities.

As part of the deal, the Scott Sheldon team will be integrated into Argon & Co's Systems Integration division, NEOS by Argon & Co. This unit is responsible for implementing and managing software platforms to support clients' digital supply chain initiatives.

"Joining Argon & Co represents the next logical step in our growth and strengthens how we support our customers globally," said Scott Spyker, CEO and founder of Scott Sheldon. "With access to a broader team and greater scale, we're better positioned to help clients navigate increasing complexity across their supply chains."

For Argon & Co, the move solidifies its focus on a key region. "North America is a key growth market for Argon & Co and partnerships like this enhance our ability to deliver large-scale supply chain transformations for businesses across the country," added Jean-François Laget, Group Managing Director of Argon & Co.

The acquisition is supported by Bridgepoint, Argon & Co's investment partner, through its Bridgepoint Development Capital fund, which has backed the consultancy's growth since 2025.
