RSM Announces 2026 Partner and Principal Promotion

An analysis of the promotions shows a balanced distribution across the firm's primary business segments. The new class includes 18 partners in assurance, 18 in tax and 11 in consulting, with one additional promotion in firm services. This composition suggests continued investment across all service lines as the firm targets growth in the middle market.

Among the industry specializations of the new partners, the industrials and financial services sectors are the most represented, with nine and eight promotions respectively. Other key areas of focus include technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) and consumer products, each with five new partners. This distribution points to the firm's strategic priorities and client base concentration.

The promotions are geographically diverse, with a significant number based in major hubs like Chicago, New York, and Boston, alongside appointments in markets such as Peoria, Illinois, Omaha, Nebraska, and Des Moines, Iowa.
