Jenny Herritz and Marcos Mendell join the consultancy to focus on commercialization strategy, product launches, and customer experience design for biopharma clients.

Life sciences consulting firm Beghou has added Jenny Herritz and Marcos Mendell as partners. The appointments are intended to expand the firm's services connecting pre-launch strategy with in-market execution for pharmaceutical and biotech companies.

The new partners bring experience from roles at Pfizer, Real Chemistry and SVA Companies, covering areas from enterprise transformation to initial product launches. According to the firm, their roles will focus on using data, experience design, and operational strategy to support client commercialization efforts.

“The key is finding people like Jenny and Marcos who have expertise in critical, in-demand areas,” said Adrienne Lovink, CEO at Beghou. Lovink added that the goal is to help clients “deliver more meaningful experiences and impact for their customers.”

Jenny Herritz joins Beghou with a focus on guiding emerging life sciences companies through first-time product launches. Her experience covers commercial readiness and infrastructure design in rare disease, oncology and specialty therapeutics. She was most recently a Principal at SVA Consulting, where she co-led its life sciences vertical.

Marcos Mendell, Partner, Beghou.

Marcos Mendell’s background is in experience design and data analytics within the health care sector. His work involves integrating medical, commercial, and patient touchpoints into unified engagement models. He previously served as the head of Enterprise Experience and Business Strategy at Real Chemistry and spent more than a decade at Pfizer, where he was U.S. Lead for Business Intelligence.
