Sara Hunter, Education Practice Lead, Resultant
Sara Hunter is a dynamic education consulting leader, recognized for transforming K-12 systems with innovative approaches. Originally drawn to theater, she found her passion in education, earning her teaching certification and a master’s degree. Her 15 years as a STEM teacher and K–12 STEM coordinator shaped her expertise in implementing new standards and championing technology integration. In recognition of her forward-thinking leadership, she was named a 2020 Next Gen: Emerging EdTech leader. As Resultant’s Education Practice Delivery Lead, Sara plays a vital role in delivering seamless projects and client outcomes. She manages three portfolio leaders and guides project teams with proactive risk and client focus. Her leadership has driven nationally acclaimed initiatives with the Indiana Department of Education, honored by Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies in Education (EWIS & Attendance Insights), the Education Commission of the States (GPS), and the Ed-Fi Alliance (GPS). She revitalized complex projects like the District of Columbia’s P20W system and supports Resultant’s deal quality assurance.
