Fran Randall, Partner and National Practice Leader - International Tax Services, Forvis Mazars
Fran Randall serves as Partner for Forvis Mazars in Richmond, Virginia, and was appointed to the firm’s Governing Board in 2022. She is the National Practice Leader for the International Tax team of approximately 90 professionals across the country. Fran is also a member of the Forvis Mazars Global Network Board. She has expertise in international and U.S. domestic taxation, as well as tax research and project management. Fran serves public and non-public U.S. multinational and foreign-owned U.S. clients. She specializes in international tax consulting services, including assistance with various treaty matters, e.g., permanent establishment, limitation on benefits and withholding taxes; information reporting; income tax compliance and planning; offshore cash repatriation; acquisition structuring; and foreign tax monetization.
Fran is the co-chair of Forvis Mazars’ Executive Inclusion Council and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants. She also serves her community through her membership in the National Association of Black Accountants and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, and is a board member of Partnership for the Future. She is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond, with a B.S. degree in accounting and an M.Tax. degree.
