Clay Heskett, Global Managing Partner, L.E.K. Consulting.

Reelection grants Heskett a second four-year term following a period of geographic expansion and service line development for the global strategy firm.

L.E.K. Consulting has announced that its partnership has reelected Clay Heskett to serve a second four-year term as Global Managing Partner. Heskett was first elected to the firm’s top leadership position in 2021.

During Heskett’s initial term, L.E.K. pursued a strategy of expansion for its global footprint and service offerings. The firm established seven new offices in markets including Atlanta, Taipei and Zurich, and increased its investment and capabilities in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region to meet client demand in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar.

The firm also grew its partner ranks by more than 50 individuals through a combination of internal promotions and external hires.

In addition to geographic growth, the firm has worked to build out its capabilities in areas such as operations, supply chain, digital and data & analytics. A notable area of development has been the expansion of its global Financial Services practice, which serves clients in banking, insurance and wealth management.

"Whether navigating inflation, rate shocks, tariffs, geopolitical risk or AI disruption, L.E.K. is helping clients turn uncertainty into opportunity," Heskett stated regarding the current business climate.

Heskett joined L.E.K. in 2005 from Boston Consulting Group and was named a partner in 2007. His previous roles within the firm include Head of the European Life Sciences practice and Head of the Europe region. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in economics from the University of Virginia.
