New location, led by partner Matthieu Vigneron, aims to meet growing local demand for advisory services in AI, finance and advanced manufacturing.
Bain & Company has announced the opening of a new office in Montreal, Quebec, significantly expanding its presence in Canada. The firm, which has served Canadian clients for over 30 years, is establishing a permanent base in the city to more directly support businesses in the region.
The Montreal office will provide consulting services with a focus on AI and digital transformation, advanced manufacturing, financial services and private equity. According to the company, the decision follows years of serving its Quebec-based clients from its Toronto office and reflects a growing need for a local, French-speaking team to support area executives.
"Building on our existing network of clients and partners in Montreal is a natural next step and marks a doubling-down for our Canadian strategy," said Jed Fallis, managing partner for Bain Canada. "We're seeing a convergence of opportunity and talent in Quebec that aligns perfectly with our mission to help enable enterprises in key sectors achieve extraordinary business outcomes."
The new office will be led by partner Matthieu Vigneron, who has over 20 years of experience advising clients in sectors including private equity, aerospace, telecommunications and technology.
